Type A medicated articles: 3.0, 3.3, 3.8, 4.0, 4.3, 4.4, 5.0, 5.1, 5.5, 5.7, 6.0, 6.3, 6.7, 7.2, 7.5, 8.0, 8.3, 10.0, 12.5, 15, 20 or 50 percent for chicken feed Type A medicated articles: 20 percent for chukar partridge feed Type A medicated articles: 20 percent for growing turkey feed Type A medicated articles: 20 percent for rabbit feed.
