558.274 Hygromycin B. Specifications: Type A medicated articles 2.4 grams per pound and 0.6 grams per pound hygromycin B. Conditions of use: Chickens Amount. 8 to 12 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For control of infestation of large roundworms (Ascaris galli), cecal worms (Heterakis gallinae), and capillary worms (Capillaria obsignata). Limitations: Withdraw 3 days before slaughter. Swine Amount: 12 grams per ton of feed. Indications: For control of infestation of large roundworms (Ascaris suis), nodular worms (Oesophagostomum dentatum), and whipworms (Trichuris suis). Limitations: Withdraw 15 days before slaughter. |
