Specifications: Type A medicated articles: 0.6 percent (2.72 grams per pound; 6 grams per kilogram) Conditions of use: Swine (growing-finishing) Amount: 1.8 grams of ivermectin per ton. Feed to provide 0.1 milligram per kilogram of body weight per day. Indications: For the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms (Ascaris suum, adults and fourth-stage larvae; Ascarops strongylina, adults; Hyostrongylus rubidus, adults and fourth-stage larvae; Oesophagostomum species, adults and fourth-stage larvae), kidneyworms (Stephanurus dentatus, adults and fourth-stage larvae), lungworms (Metastrongylus species, adults), lice (Haematopinus suis); and mange mites (Sarcoptes scabiei var. suis). Limitations: Feed as the only feed for 7 consecutive days. For use in swine only. Withdraw 5 days before slaughter. Swine (Mature and breeding) Amount: 1.8 to 11.8 grams of ivermectin per ton or 18.2 to 120 grams of ivermectin per ton as a top-dress on the daily feed ration (to provide 0.1 milligram per kilogram of body weight per day.
